Reflections on the Pontiac :
“This artistic presence that I have had the pleasure of living with, emphasizes this impulse of the inhabited and uninhabited territory;  A true signature typified by an attachment to places, rhythms and peaceful grandeur.

A territory strongly marked by a very ancient aboriginal presence and of this English-speaking mixture of all origins. Then a hint of daring French-speaking, draftsmen-ideas sharpeners and Voyageurs with eyes wide open…

To Nancy Dagenais-Elliott, organizer; You gather the will that surrounds you and gives it shape… I am moved by the warm welcome you have given us. Thank you for having created the opportunity for this sharing, in this simplicity of exchanges. I want you all to know that I will return to the Pontiac, because also found there, a link with my past, present and future.
