Work Description :
Inspired by the theme of the paving stones, the artist tells through her outside look, the history of Felletin, with whom she has had a close relationship since 2009.
“At the very bottom of this piece of felt presented vertically,
is represented the dense, abundant and primitive terroir of the place.
The evolution of the footprints of humans and animals
underlines the well-established occupation of both peasant and village.
The arch of the granitic-looking paving stones bears witness to Felletin’s as a rich place for meetings and exchanges.
The expression of a “colorful” life is portrayed here in the intensity of the preserved nature. as well as in the presence of the Art that has developed there over the years.
At the very top, the river La Creuse reappears and imposes by its curve, taking into account the ecology of the place. Felletin; a precious and effervescent place where “youth” is formed, inspired and part of the all-encompassing vision of this well hidden place which, all in all, is asserting itself with brilliance! »
